Dinner.
After a long day, we headed to Tia Delia's in Paterson. Peruvian Cuisine at its finest.
Lomo Saltado is the name of this dish, and its as good as it looks. This dish consist of marinated steak, vegetables and fried potatoes, usually served over white rice.
